True to Truffle in Paradise‘s commitment to exceptional quality, all truffles are hand made in small batches from scratch using all natural, premium ingredients, such as real fruit purees and nut butters. Certified Organic and Fair Trade chocolate from Sweet Earth Chocolates and TCHO is used for the ganaches and enrobing and as many organic ingredients are used as possible. Coconut cream and organic coconut oil are used as healthier substitutes for heavy cream in the vegan truffles. Organic unrefined sugar is used sparingly to take the edge from the most tart fruit purees so that you remember the richness of the chocolate and the flavors paired with it and not the cloying sweetness that is typical of lesser quality chocolate confections.
